There's no nicer place to sweat in town: we offer Bikram Hot Yoga and other Yoga styles in our beautiful studio in downtown Basel. Bikram Hot Yoga is a unique series of 26 Hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises performed in a heated room of 40°C. Bikram Yoga does not require any prior experience in Yoga. Everyone can practice, regardless of age, gender, body type, flexibility or strength - everybody starts on their level.
Our beginners special offer 7 days for 55 Swiss Francs is ideal to get to know the Original Bikram Hot Yoga. No reservations necessary to attend a class. Beginners are welcome to all classes.

Summer schedule from July 1st
As in previous years, we will have a slightly reduced schedule over the summer. Three Bikram classes are temporarily suspended: Tuesday 8pm, Thursday 9.30am and Saturday 5pm. In addition, the Vinyasa class on Saturdays at 12pm and the Hot Hatha class at 12pm on Sundays are cancelled until the end of August.
We hope to see you in our 13 Bikram classes, 2 Hot Vinyasa classes and one Pilates class!
Guest Teacher in July: Pia Rydman
We're so excited to welcome Pia Rydman as a guest teacher while Antonio is taking a much deserved holiday for two weeks. Catch her first class is Sunday, July 2nd, at 10am!
Pia Rydman has been teaching yoga full time the last 6 years. She owns a hot yoga studio in Helsinki, Finland where she teaches classic bikram yoga, vinyasa flow, aerial yoga and fascia release through yin yoga. In her teaching, she focuses on creating supportive and safe environment where students can explore their boundaries and focus on their individual experience of yoga practice. "Asana is a tool that reflects what is inside. It has a powerful ability to show us what we may hide and at the same time puts into spotlight our strengths. Advancing in asana means a greater connection to this process - to notice what is going on in the body, in the mind, and in the emotional level. These all are bound together seamlessly creating the mind-body connection. Today's world tempts us to focus on the external creating stress. Yoga has the ability to center everything so that we see a reflection of ourselves more clearly."

Bikram Hot Yoga is a unique series of 26 Hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises performed in a heated room of 40°C. Bikram Yoga does not require any prior experience in Yoga. Everyone can practice, regardless of age, gender, body type, flexibility or strength - everybody starts on their level. Class lasts 90 minutes and stretches and strengthes your muscles, mobilises your joints and activates your whole body.
The word ‚Vinyasa‘ comes from the Sanskrit language and it refers to the movement or ‚flow‘ between poses in a yoga sequence. Postures are linked with other postures using the breath to combine. The sequences of the poses are created by an individual teacher using their knowledge. The class takes place at 30°C and lasts 90 minutes.
